Here are some progress photos from a residential painting project in New Ulm. We are updating the trim, and paint. This house is so unique!
We found a little history on this house thanks to our friends at the Brown County Historical Society:
This house was originally lived in by Richard Pfefferle. He was one of New Ulm’s first merchants. He co-founded New Ulm’s first grocery store in 1870! He was also the first Treasurer of Brown County and was on the City Council from 1880 – 1884.
